We retain all rights to our pre-existing code, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and general know-how. We may use general knowledge gained during projects for other clients.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Pricing for services will be specified in project proposals or agreements. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Payments not received within the specified timeframe may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.
Refund policies will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including scope changes, delayed client feedback, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including client delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals.
You agree to review deliverables within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. Failure to provide feedback within the specified period may be considered acceptance.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems and configurations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, neuradevs TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes:
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement and continue for a period of three (3) years.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Either party may terminate immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 15 days of written notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through arbitration.
These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor in interest.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
